Steps to Apply for leave Online in Jammu & Kashmir HRMS Portal

  • Open the Jammu & Kashmir Employees Portal https://hrms.jk.gov.in/.
  • Enter your login details, user ID, and password on the homepage.
  • On the portal, select the option “Apply Leave”.
  • Next, choose the holiday category and fill in the following details:
    • from date to date.
    • Station Holiday – Station Holiday
    • Reason for applying for leave.
    • Department Name.

  • Next, click on the “Apply Leave” button.

  • Visit Manav Sampada Jammu & Kashmir Official Employee Portal https://hrms.jk.gov.in/.
  • On the homepage, click on the “Forgot Password” tab.
  • A new page will open; Click on the “Employee” option from the Employee Type section.
  • Next, enter the GPF/CPS number, registered mobile number, date of birth, and security code.
  • Now Click on the Get OTP Option, and Enter OTP for Verification.
  • Enter a new password and confirm by repeating the same password.
  • After that enter the captcha code and click on register.
