It is to clarify and inform all Punjab students that the submission of the Punjab Exam Form is mandatory for each and every term-end examination for all students to get qualify for any Term-end examination of Punjab. The person who missed submitting the exam form will be not eligible to appear for any of the examinations conducted by the university.
Without submitting an exam form 2022, you will not be able to appear in the exam. Only students who have submitted exam forms will be permitted to enter the examination centre. The following are the most recent Punjab exam form updates, including the Courses, prescribed fees, late fees, and method of submission.
Punjab Exam Portal has been made available online. These examination forms will be filled out and submitted electronically. The Punjab Exam Portal has also stated that the late fee charges won’t be deducted till 30-08-2022.

About Punjab Exam Portal
- The application form can be downloaded from the official website of Punjab or can be obtained from the university office.
- MBBS and BDS admission is based on a valid score in NEET UG conducted at the All India Level. Apart from the NEET UG score, 70 seats will be filled on the basis of UP NEET Counselling.
- Admission to B.Sc (Radiotherapy) and B.Optom requires an entrance test followed by an interview.
- For B.Sc (Nursing) and Dental Hygiene (DH) courses, the candidates have to appear in an entrance test conducted by the university followed by counselling.
- For MD/ MS and MDS courses, admission will be granted based on the score obtained in UP PGMEE for 85% of the seats and NEET PG conducted by DGHS, New Delhi for 15% of the seats.
- Admission to DM and M.Ch courses will be granted based on the score in AIDMCHEE.
- For MHA, MHPEE, Paramedical and Fellowship courses, the candidates have to qualify in a university-based entrance test followed by an interview.
- For M.Phil and PhD programs, Punjab conducts specific entrance tests followed by an interview. CSIR/ UGC NET or ICMR qualified candidates are also eligible to apply for PhD program.
