BEL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidate upper age limit for Project Engineer is 28 years as of 01.08.2022. The upper age limit indicated is for candidates belonging to the General & EWS Category. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Education Qualification
For Project Engineer: Candidate should have Full time (4 years) BE/B.Tech course from reputed Institute/University in the following Engineering disciplines –Electronics/Electronics & Communication/ E&T/ Telecommunication. First Class in the indicated qualification for General and EWS candidates and Pass Class for ST and PWD candidates.
Required Experience
Candidates should possess a minimum of Two (2) years of relevant industry experience. Candidates preferred having a minimum of 6 months experience in Surveillance/Information Technology/Network Projects.
BEL Recruitment 2022 Salary Details
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Project Engineer post salary is Rs. 35,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement, Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 45, 000/- per month for the 3rd year, and Rs. 50, 000/- per month for the 4th year respectively.
BEL Recruitment 2022 Selection process
Candidates who have been shortlisted for the above-mentioned posts are being called for Interviews. Candidates are required to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein.
Candidates are shortlisted based on the following weightage.
- Aggregate Marks secured in BE/B.Tech 75%
- Relevant Post Qualification experience:
- 2.5 Marks will be allocated for the minimum experience stipulated for the post. 1.25 marks will be allocated for every additional experience of 6 months subject to a maximum of 10 marks. 10%
- Interview for shortlisted candidates 15%
