Office of the Director of Elementary Education, Assam is looking for candidates for recruitment to the post of Assistant Teachers in Lower Primary (LPS) Schools and Upper Primary (UPS) Schools. DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Teacher for Lower Primary School- The candidate must have passed class 12th with at least 50% marks.At the same time, Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) or Diploma in Education (Special Education) with at least 50% marks and passed ATET / CTET.
- Assistant Teacher for Upper Primary School-Graduation from UGC recognized University.Along with this, two years Diploma in Elementary Education or B. Ed.and D.Ed.(Special Education) or B. Ed.(Special Education) and for UPS (Science & Maths) should have passed ATET/CTET exam.
Assam Teacher Recruitment 2023-Salary
- Assistant Teacher for Lower Primary School –Salary ranging from Rs 14,000 to Rs 70, 000 will be given.
- Assistant Teacher for Upper Primary School –Salary ranging from Rs 14,000 to Rs 70, 000 will be given.
Assam Teacher Recruitment 2023-Age limit & Selection
- Age Limit-The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and the maximum age should be 40 years.
