IGNOU Convocation Online Registration Form, IGNOU Convocation Form 2023, IGNOU 36th Convocation 2023, IGNOU Convocation Fee, IGNOU Convocation Last Date: The Indira Gandhi National Open University congratulates all its students who have completed their university programmes during the Term End Examination which were held in the month of December 2023 and June 2023. The IGNOU University has been going to conduct the 36th convocation 2023 to award the Degree, diplomas and certificates to all the eligible students. The university has already started the process to send the IGNOU Convocation form and letter to the eligible students at their physical addresses.
IGNOU 36TH CONVOCATION Registration
The students who have completed their Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Diploma Programme in Dec-2023 and June-2023 may register themselves online for convocation and submit the requisite fee online to obtain the original degree/ diploma either in person or by post.
The students who have completed their Post Graduate Certificate and Certificate Programmes do not need to register themselves for convocation, their certificates will be sent to them by registered post after the Convocation.

IGNOU 36TH CONVOCATION Date
The IGNOU 36th Convocation has been likely to be held in the month of April 26th 2023. The final date of convocation has been not announced yet but it will be communicated to students very soon through a new notification on the official website of the university at www.ignou.ac.in.
The eligible students are requested to register themselves for obtaining the degree/diploma certificate by submitting the 36th Convocation application along with the prescribed fee at their respective regional centres or they can fill up the IGNOU convocation form online on the university website
Last Date for Online Registration
The Indira Gandhi National Open University has published the link on its official website to fill up the IGNOU 36th Convocation online registration form which has been scheduled to be held in the month of April-2023.
The last date to fill convocation form online or register yourself for this event is 11th April 2023. Thereafter, the students will not able to register themselves for the convocation online after the last date. So, hurry up and don’t be late.
IGNOU Convocation Fee
The students applying for the 36th convocation have to pay the fee of Rs.400/- to obtain their original degree/diploma certificate which has to be paid online in case they register themselves through an online form. In case the fee payment does not go through or it gets fails, the student may communicate at the email ID convocation@ignou.ac.in, giving complete details such as Enrolment No., Programme, Name, Date of transaction and payment amount.
If they apply for convocation through the prescribed application form then they have to pay the prescribed fee in the form of a demand draft (DD) which has to be drawn in the favour of ‘IGNOU’ payable at the city of the concerned Regional Centre.
Please make sure that your application form is duly filled in all respect along with the requisite fee must reach the Regional Centre latest by 24th April 2023.
In case, if any student is not willing to attend the convocation or he/she could not attend the event even after giving his/her consent then their original degree/diploma/ certificate will be sent to them by registered post. The exact date of the IGNOU 36th Convocation has yet to be revealed by the university. The exact date and the other details related to this event will be communicated to all the students in due course.
