- The Candidates should be a resident of India State
- Must know the Local Language Odia fluently.
- Should have knowledge of cycling
- Should Adequate means of Livelihood
India Daka Sevak Educational Qualification: The applicant of India GDS recruitment 2023 should have passed the 10th class. Also, the candidates should have studied the Odia language until the 10th class. Also, the candidates have to show a minimum 60-day course Computer Certificate from a Government approved institution.
