The NEET Exam 2023 Syllabus is not much different from the NEET 2022 Syllabus. The NEET syllabus is drafted on the basis of the recommendations of the MCI (Medical Council of India). It undertakes revision of major board’s syllabus like CBSE, COBSE and NCERT and upon that basis only it gives its recommendations to include or exclude various lessons, topics and chapters into the NEET syllabus. It aims to bring uniformity and parity across numerous state board syllabus so that the level of difficulty of the NEET exam should be the same for all candidates from all across India.

NEET Exam Syllabus

The NEET 2023 exam is scheduled to be held in the 1st week of May 2023. The application form for the exam can be availed by students by the last week of December 2021. Students can apply for the exam till the 4th week of January 2023.

This is the right time to start preparing for those students who are planning to take this exam next year. They can fortify their command over different subjects, namely, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

There will be a total number of 180 questions in the NEET 2023 exam. The questions are objective in nature and they are put in MCQ format. Candidates will be required to answer 180 questions in 180 minutes.
It will be a pen and paper-based exam to be conducted offline. This exam has a scheme of negative marking. For every correct answer, 4 marks will be given and for every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
