Current Status: On 21th December, 2022, SSC had announced the Exact Date of Release of SSC CHSL 2023 Notification. As per the Official notice, CHSL 2023 Advertisement will be announced on 24th December, 2023 ( A Delay of over 2 months from the tentative Date ie 11th March, 2023)
Now, wait till 24th December, to see what changes SSC is going to implement for its CHSL 2023 Exam.

SSC CHSL 2023 Notification
The much awaited SSC CHSL Notification for 2023 was announced one day before the actual release date. As per the Revised SSC Calendar, Notification, was to be announced on 24th December, but took everyone by surprise by announcing the Notification on 24th December at 8 Pm. Those, who are looking for CHSL Notification in Employment Newspapers are hereby informed that SSC Notification is released only online and such you are advised to download it in PDF format from this website or from SSC Official Website
It looks SSC had released in Notification in great hurry and such they have made a mistake in the First Line of Notification. Instead of writing CHSL-2023 they have written CHSL-2022, check it below.

CHSL 2023 Exam Updates
1)Time Duration : SSC had revised the time limit for Tier-1 Exam. In 2023 CHSL Exam, you will have only 60 minutes Tier-1 Exam. Earlier Tier-1 has duration of 75 minutes, which is now reduced to only 1 Hours. There will be 100 Questions (200 Marks)
2) Reckoning Date : Wel, SSc had notified this thing earlier, that Cut Off Date or Crucial Date for Determining the Age Limit is 1st August, 2023. Moreover, Final years studnets can apply, provided they have completed their Degree before 1st August, 2023
3) Relaxation in Upper Age: Good news is that, now aspirants over the age of 27 years, can apply for SSC CHSL Exam, SSC had revised the upper age limit for some on posts and increased it by 3 years. The posts for which SSC had increased the upper age limit is CSS, Railway, IB, MEA, AFHQ etc
4) New Posts Introduced: In 2023, SSC had introduced some news posts Like Assistant Accounts Officer, Assistants in Serious Fraud Investigation Officer and Other Departments
5) Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) : For some of posts, SSC had made CPT as an essential Qualification. these posts are
- Assistant Section Officer (CSS)
- Assistant Section Officer (MEA)
- Assistant (GSI) in Ministry of Mines
- Assistants in Serious Fraud Investigation Agency
6) Post Preference: If you think, that filling the SSC CHSL post preferences is a headache for you, then SSC eases the process as the Post Preference only filled at the time of Document Verification, will be considered as valid. So no need to worry, much at the time of filling the CHSL Online form 2023
7) Syllabus : If, you have appeared in the previous CHSL 2022 Exam and did not qualify, then don’t start you preparation from where you left, as there are No Changes in the SSC CHSL Syllabus in 2023.
