NTA NEET 2023 exam is scheduled to be held on 13th May 2023. The registration process for NEET Exam 2023 will start from 2nd December & Admit Card for NEET 2023 will be available for download from 27 March 2023 onwards. The Neet exam will be held in pen-and-paper mode. NEET 2023 will be held on May 13 while the result is scheduled to release on June 14. The entrance exam for the MBBS/BDS courses in India — National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for undergraduate courses is going to be held on May 13, 2023 (Sunday). This is the second time the National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the NEET Exam. The application process will begin on December 12 and will close on December 31. All those candidates who have passed class 12 are eligible to appear for the NEET 2023 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2023). The Neet exam will be held in pen-and-paper mode and from March 27, the candidates can download the NEET admit card. The result for NEET is scheduled to release on June 14.

NEET 2023 Exam Pattern
NEET is a three-hour long exam that includes three sections – Physics, Chemistry and Biology. A total of 180 questions, 90 would be from biology and 45 each from physics and chemistry. The preparation syllabus includes the whole of class 11th and 12th standard NCERT textbooks in the respective subjects.
Every correct answer would get plus 4 marks and every incorrect answer results in a negative mark. Questions that are not attempted do not have any penalty marks.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been set up by the government of India responsibility of NTA to conduct the entrance test. Competitive entrance exams including NEET-UG, JEE, NET etc were earlier conducted by CBSE. In NEET 2023, record 15 lakh candidates applied and the exam was held on May 15.
NEET 2023 Eligibility
NEET Eligibility Criteria need to be fulfilled by candidates in order to appear for the exam without which the candidature of the candidates might get cancelled.
- There is no age limit to appear in the NEET 2023 examination. However, till 31st Dec 2023, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 17 years.
- Candidates must have passed or appeared for Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as their main subjects.
- Indian citizens, NRI, OCI, etc are eligible to apply for NEET 2023.

NEET 2023 Application Form
All the respective students who are aspiring to appear in the NEET 2023 can apply for the same through the online mode.
Generally, the application forms are out three-four months before the commencement of the examination. Therefore, in this case, application forms are expected to be released by the month of December 2023.
Multiple applications for the same candidate will not be accepted and entertained by the authorities.
All the candidates are supposed to pay the application fees of Rs. 1400 /- only after the completion of filling the application form.

NEET 2023 Admit Cards
NEET 2023 admit cards carries all the necessary details like subject codes, roll number of the student, venue, and date and time for the examination.
The Candidate is expected to carry their NEET admit card along with them at the examination centre. Entry without the admit card shall be prohibited.
Soft copies of the NEET examination admit card are usually rejected. Therefore, candidates should carry the printed admit card for better safety and reassurance.
