SSC MTS & Havaldar Recruitment 2023 Eligibility
Qualification- To apply for the posts of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN), the candidate must have passed the 10th Class from State or Central Board with minimum 50% Marks.
Age limit-Vacancy in two age groups
MTS vacancy has come out in two age groups – 18 years to 25 years and 18 years to 27 years. The cutoff for these posts will also be different.SC and ST category candidates will be given a relaxation of five years in the maximum age limit and three years for OB.
Constable –There are vacancies in two age groups – 18 years to 25 years and 18 years to 27 years. The maximum age limit is 25 years for the posts in CBN and 27 years for CBIC.SC and ST category candidates will be given a relaxation of five years in the maximum age limit and three years for OBC.

SSC MTS & Havildar Selection Process
MTS and Havildar selection process will be the first computer best paper. The exam will be held in two sessions of 45 minutes each.In Session 1, questions from Numerical, Maths, Problem Solving, and Reasoning will be asked.In the second session, questions will be asked from General Awareness and English Language and Comprehension. There will be negative markings in session 2 while not in session 1. Now Descriptive Paper-2 has been removed. One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in Session 2. Session One will be 60 marks in which 20 questions will be asked. While session two will be of 75 marks in which 25 questions will be asked. That is, each question will be of three marks.
Selection for the MTS posts will be based on the performance check of the first session – 1. The one who will be successful in this will have to check the paper of session 2.
Selection Process for Havildar Post – Computer Based Written Examination, Physical Test, Physical Standard Test. Male’s Height – 157.5 cm. Height of woman – 152 cm. And weigh at least 48 kg. Male’s chest – 81 cm.
Rules for Physical Efficiency Test for Havildar Male – Will have to walk 1600 meters in 15 minutes. Female – 1 km race in 20 minutes.
